With the current pandemic, the state of the music and touring industry has dramatically changed. Where were you when everything was brought to a halt?

I was in Los Angeles studying acting, singing and dancing. It was really wonderful to have the extra free time. I started learning piano and guitar. My songwriting started picking up and my imagination soared. However, after being in isolation for a period of time (I didn’t have family in California) it turned into a tough situation and was in my best interest to move back to Tampa, FL to be with friends and family.

How has that affected your plans for the coming year? Did you have a tour planned, upcoming album release?

Tremendously, it turned my world upside down. I began questioning everything. In the end, it was a blessing in disguise. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and made me quite introverted (I definitely tend to be more extroverted). This enabled me to go inward and focus on the type of artist I wanted to be and what I wanted to create. It opened up many doors and ultimately lead me to write a full length album, Omnipresence.

What have you been doing to fill/make the most of your new-found free time at home? How are you supporting your mental health through all of this?

I love adventures and having fun. My favorite hobby is music. I really enjoy singing, playing guitar and piano, freestyle dancing (poetry in motion), painting, hiking, reading, writing, cooking, yoga, the beach, spending time with family and playing with my stinker Australian Shepard, Bexley! I am a huge advocate for mental health and awareness. I see a therapist and highly recommend it.

As things are reopening & restrictions are lifting have you booked any new gigs? Tours? Etc? If your region is still under restriction, how are dealing with the Covid third wave?

I’m currently working on Omnipresence, taking up a majority of my time. Once the album is released I hope to tour. Fingers crossed!

Most of Florida is open. Although, I’m very cautious and don’t spend too much time in public or overcrowded places.

I’m trying to remaining positive and optimistic, it’s not always easy but it helps make the situation better.

Do you have a message for everyone at home reading this?

Stay true to yourself. Follow your dreams. *It’s about the process, not the product.* You’ll have up and downs, just continue learning and growing everyday.

Be on the look out for my music! I currently have 5 songs produced and plan to release consecutively. My next single *perfect design* will be out 8/4/21, whoot whoot!

STAY TUNED <3
